Private Distribution Platform

Next, we create a Private Distribution Platform for your approved affiliates and customers. Any person who browses your public platform and wants to download content will submit an approval request to your administrative team. If they are a legitimate affiliate (or customer), you will grant them access to the private platform. On this platform, your customers can download broadcast-quality content. The private platform allows the user to browse through and search for content, then send desired content to a Checkout page where they can download complete videos. 

Your customers can grab instant download, broadcast standard video in MPEG-2 format from the Private Distribution Platform. This allows for 24-hour global availability.

Email Alert System

Your private platform will be outfitted with a sophisticated email alert system. Whenever you make new content available, the system can be set up to automatically notify your customers (or a subset of targeted customers). You can send visual HTML emails at a click of a button from a back-end Control Panel using a highly secure online customer database.

Multi-Media Information Packs

Part of your private distribution platform will be a multi-media press page. This section is meant to highlight your most noteworthy and most recent content offerings. This section allows you to describe each video, associate any press materials, attach related documents, provide additional specs, etc. You can create sections for each genre, and visitors can use a high-powered search engine (keyword, category and advanced searches) to find the material they are seeking. Any content can be added to the Checkout page from this section.

Video Library

The video library is a complete thumbnail listing of your entire collection of current and archived content. It allows the visitor to have a complete view of all the programming you are currently offering. It provides the same comprehensive search engine as in the multi-media information page. From this page, content can also be added to the Checkout page, where broadcast-quality videos can be downloaded.

Stills and Document Library

In this section, you can make documents and still images available to your customers. Any still images or associated documentation can be downloaded from this page. If any official logos or programming images need to be delivered to your customers, they can be transacted from this library. Any programming documentation and images can be searched for and downloaded from this area on your private platform.
