SEO Program (Search Engine Optimization)

Organic Search Engine Optimization, or Organic SEO as it is commonly called, is the process of optimizing your Website to appear higher in the search engine's natural listings. Optimizing a Website primarily involves source and HTML coding and editing its content.

No SEO Company or service can give you a 100 % guarantee that your Website will appear at any particular position in the results. The only way that you can guarantee a position is to pay for an sponsored ad or link. (See what Google advises . Also see attached document: Google's Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide).

We will do our best to get your site as high in the search results as possible for your chosen keywords.

An average Optimization campaign normally takes between 3 - 6 months. It is a lengtly and time consuming process to build up the reputation of your site.

SEO involves the optimization of many different parts. It often requires making changes to the source code of your Website. To get effective results, we will need to optimize each of the following:

  • Keywords
  • Meta data
  • Content
  • Inward links
  • Header tags
  • Alt tags
  • Internal links
  • Website structure
  • Website theme
  • Website code
  • Website Analytics
  • Competitor Analysis

Once optimized, your Website will stand a much greated chance of being found for their desired keywords.

Note: It is most effective to incorporate SEO into the initial development and design of a Website.

More on SEO

There are two types of search results shown in Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines: Organic and Sponsored.

The Organic are free listings. These are normally shown on the left side of the window. Search engines decide on the position of each site according to their own internal algorithms.

The Sponsored listings, also called Pay Per Click, are obviously paid, and they are normally shown on the right hand side and above the Organic listings.

In both cases, we will find what keywords your potential customers use to find your product / service.

Sponsored listings or Pay Per Click

Pay Per Click is the only way to guarantee that you always will be at the top of search engines for your chosen keywords. You only pay when someone clicks on your sponsored link or ad. And you can set up daily budgets for your campaigns.

The amount that you will have to bid for your chosen keywords depends on how popular your keywords are. The most expensive keywords tend to be associated with the insurance and medical industries.

We will gladly assist you here, and find out the best keywords to use to sell your product or service.

Social Media Optimization

Social Media Optimization (SMO) is a set of methods for generating publicity through social media, online communities and community websites. Methods of SMO include adding RSS feeds, social news buttons, blogging, microblogging and Twittering  (see attached document), and incorporating third-party community functionalities like images and videos. Social media optimization is related to search engine marketing, but differs in several ways, primarily the focus on driving traffic from sources other than search engines, though improved search ranking is also a benefit of successful SMO.

Social media optimization is in many ways connected as a technique to viral marketing where word of mouth is created not through friends or family but through the use of networking in social bookmarking, video and photo sharing websites. In a similar way the engagement with blogs achieves the same by sharing content through the use of RSS in the blogsphere and special blog search engines.

Social Media Optimisation (SMO), is not limited to marketing and brand building. Increasingly smart businesses are integrating social media participation as part of their knowledge management strategy (ie. product/service development, recruiting, employee engagement and turnover, brand building, customer satisfaction and relations, business development and more).
