How Social Media Helps One Small Business Connect with Fans

This is an interesting case studio of how a small business excel using social media tools saving a ton of money in traditional marketing and advertising.
I found it in Mashable.com. It is the Seattle-based laptop and travel bag manufacturer Tom Bihn, with 20 years in business and 22-passionate person staff.
Tom Bihn has a Seattle factory showroom/retail store that is open to the public one day per month. Otherwise, the bags are available exclusively through its Web site.
The company has a rich social media presence, as well as passionate customers.
Each social media platform is updated regularly and has unique content that doesn't overlap with the other platforms; they are integrated and linked to each other.
They manage Facebook Fan Page, forums, blogs, Flickr, Twitter and YouTube.
